Kathmandu Sightseeing
Overnight in Kathmandu
Day 3
Bhaktapur sightseeing plus Nagarkot
Overnight stay in Nagarkot
Day 4
Downhill cycling from Nagarkot - Dhulikhel
Approx 4-5hrs cycling. Overnight stay at Kathmandu
Day 5
Cycling from Dhulikhel - Balthali vai Namo Buddha
Approx 4-5hrs cycling. Overnight stay at Balthali Village Resort.
Day 6
Cycling to Patan vai Lakure Bhanjyang
Approx 4 hrs. Overnight stay at Patan
Day 7
Patan Sightseeing
Overnight stay at Patan
Day 8
Head toward Chitwan
Hotel check in followed by lunch and Tharu Village tour
Day 9
Chitwan activities
Canoeing, jungle walk, visit to elephant breeding centre, elephant ride
Day 10
Chitwan activities
Jeep safari or Bicycle ride, Bird watching
Day 11
Late Breakfast then head toward Pokhara
Sameday visit Bandipur sightseeing and overnight stay at Pokhara.
Day 12
Drive to Phendi (1310m)
After breakfast we drive to Phendi (1130) which is 20 KM drive 30 min away by private car. The trail ascends steeply through forest and later through paddy fields to the village of Damphus (1650) and to Pothana (1890) where you stay overnight in lodge mountain lodge
Day 13
Trek to Landruk (1565m)
After breakfast at the lodge we start our trek to Landruk . The trail goes along the ridge to Deurali then descend throught forest again for some time to the small village of Tolka. After the lunch the trail descend through scattered forests and villages to reach Landruk where we stop overnight at local mountain lodge
Day 14
Trek to Ghandrunk (1940m)
we start walk to Ghandruk after having breakfast. The trail goes steeply down towards the river for an hour then there is a steep ascent for about 2-3 hours through mountain villages with beautiful views of the Himalayas on your right hand side. Eventually, reach Ghandrung, one of the largest Gurung settlements in Western Nepal. You can have good views of Gangapura, Machhapuchhre (Fishtail), Mount Annapurna and other snow-capped mountains. Overnight at local mountain lodge
Day 15
Trek to Nayapul - Drive back to Pokhara
After breakfast we descend to sauli bazaar for about two hours and then as easy walk for another 2 hours through the greenery valley to reach Nayapul. overnight stay at Pokhara.
Day 16
Pokhara Sightseeing
Overnight stay at Pokhara.
Day 17
Pokhara Sightseeing
Overnight stay at Pokhara.
Day 19
Visit Kritipur
Visit Kritipur at 1st half of the day and shopping around New Road and Thamel on the 2nd half of the day. Dinner @ Nepali Utsav and cultural show.
Day 20
Meditation
Day starts with yoga session for 45 min followed by sound healing session for 1 hr. Then start counseling on the meditation. From 12:00pm - 01:00 pm lunch break. Then start meditation appox 2 hrs. Then head toward Boudhanath Temple and Pashupatinath Temple with few small meditation session.
