Chitwan National park is the first national park which is a preserved area in the Terai Lowlands of south-central Nepal, known for its biodiversity. Its dense forests and grassy plains are home to rare mammals like one-horned rhino which is only found in Nepal and Bengal tiger . The park shelters numerous bird species, including the giant hornbill. Dugout canoes traverse the northern Rapti River, home to crocodiles. Inside the park is Balmiki Ashram, a Hindu pilgrimage site.

Detail Itinerary - Chitwan Tour

Day 1

Chitwan Arrival

We will reach Chitwan Hotel which will be followed by lunch. Then guide will take you to a tour of Tharu Village. Later in the evening there will be a cultural Tharu Dance as well.

Day 2

Chitwan safari

Today's Chitwan Jungle Safari includes

Canoeing - Jungle Walk - Visit to Elephant Breeding Centre - Gharial Crocodile Breeding Centre

We will do jeep safari at Chitwan National Park before sunset.

Day 3

Jeep safari at Chitwan

After breakfast we leave for Kathmandu. Drop off at hotel.
