1/2 Day Trip to Nagorkot view tower, trekking to Changunaryan
Menuka (Thamel office) was friendly and patient to explain the day trip. Dambar (guide) was professional and took effort to explain the mountain ranges, the districts, the impact of 2015 earthquake.
Appreciated that you send a 4x4 to pick me (the only tourist), they explain that the terrain is hilly and with potholes, ride on 4x4 was comfortable and felt more secure. At Nagorkot view tower, I saw other tourists arriving in vans and cars.
It’s monsoon season, so can’t see too far from Nagorkot View Tower.

I was looking for a day trip to Nagarkot and ran into this travel agent in Thamel and I was not disappointed. It was a trip to watch the sunrise and hike from Nagarkot town to Changunarayan temple.
We missed the sunrise because of the rain.
However I enjoyed the hike. Good and friendly service.
